(update) Early Thrift Gift Brag?

So, my friend works at a thrift store. Earlier this year I asked her to keep an eye out for any ponies that didn't look like FiM ponies (because frankly I really only like Chrysalis and most of her toys are lame) and 2 lots of ponies came in recently which, thanks to her employee discount, she snagged them all for me!

She recently got around to posting all their pictures for me after she brought them home, so I figured I'd put em on here because she's not sending them out until the end of December since Canada Post are meanie faces. >:c

Don't ask about the Anorith toy or the box of instant potatoes, I don't know either, maybe it's for scale...? lol

Well, I can definitely say I'm not looking forward to defrizzing these guys. The rubber bands are gonna be fun too,ewww. I'm gonna have a heck of a time getting their heads off. I've never taken a G2 or G3 head off (successfully) before, so that'll be fun. I'm still really happy she found all of these, though, even if cleaning them will destroy my sanity. I've never had G2's, so I'm a happy camper!

I think what surprised me the most was Seabreeze and Baby Leaper being in there. Seabreeze was mail order only I think? (not very knowledgable on G2's ) So that's a nice surprise, and Baby Leaper was the cherry on top. He might not be super high on my wants list, but finding a G1 in the wild is always a treat! Definitely a nice haul and she got the whole lot for just $10! That's amazing and I'm so glad I told her to look for ponies now

Oh definitely, especially since I have to wait a whole month! On the bright side, she's found another G3 since I posted this, a Lovely Ladybug. By the time she sends it I both fear and hope for a bunch more. xD

Baby Leaper was definitely a big surprise when she sent me the first lot of pictures, because I've never seen a G1 in thrift stores, but THIS new lot that showed up just made me have a pony freakout! It was hilarious and I definitely can't wait for February now! 

The insane thing? They were gonna throw the G1/Stable lot away just because they're a bit dirty!!! Whyyyy
