How rare is Italian Palomino Cotton Candy?

I really want her but I don't think I've ever seen her for sale. Is she super rare?

If you don't find her soon you can always try to find a baity discolored Italy Cotton Candy to reroot. I think that could be a nice temporary replacement. (Yes, italian pink ponies fade to dirty white..)

I have one. It has bleached hair to white, originally it is pink. I do not like the pink ponies, I have few in my collection, but this is a nice color
