I want it but I don't have a front lawn, I'm loving the uptick in unicorn themed decor this season. Just need to find an ugly unicorn sweater.

Just a little warning...I have a good friend in the US who bought one of these and put it up in her yard. Wind destroyed it within one day (legs bent in half, head and horn fell off) so...display with caution! With the price tag on this thing, you'd think they would've made them more durable. Especially since it's meant to be out on display for Christmas (you know, in the winter weather).

Wow, your friend must have some crazy wind!

Actually, from your description I wonder if your friend has the same unicorn? They are made of a THICK wire frame, like those wire/light "deer" that you see at places that sell Christmas loot- (but thicker wire)

We have ours now attached to the fence and secured with a bike lock (it would suck for someone to steal her). I dropped her a ton of times when I was building her and trying to secure her- and nothing broke- the horn is really sturdy actually, inside its own metal cage, I can't imagine how your friend's broke-

Also, the head can't fall off-  it is attached with zip ties. I wonder if maybe your friend didn't put the zip ties on? that would definitely cause her to fall apart.

Honestly I think $99 is kind of a steal for such a huge decoration, especially a unicorn! But maybe I'm biased ;)

We decorated the yard this last weekend and have already had SO many compliments from neighbors and passers-by :D

Here are pictures of my sisters' unicorns- one put hers in her front window, the other just has her on the porch

She lives in Michigan, so yeah maybe crazy wind. ;) It's the same unicorn though, from Home Depot. They are so gorgeous! I wish I could get one here! But now I'd be nervous about it breaking. I hope everyone else's holds up!

I’m going to have to report that although this ting is beautiful, it really doesn’t hold up at all. I had bought it like a week ago and after we got our first winter storm I came home to find my unicorn toppled over and the wire base all mangled. Luckily I was able to return it, but for the price that was really disappointing to find. Also, I live in Arizona. When I say we had winter weather, we had some rain and a little wind. If it can’t survive here I’m not sure where it will hold up, unless it’s kept inside.

I guess we don't get much wind-  my sisters have theirs on their porches or inside (they live in the high desert of CA, so yes crazy wind)

Ours is getting wet but holding up well-  she is actually up on a box stand very well secured with zip ties (which I highly recommend)

I kinda wish we had 2 so they could be on each side of the yard :D

Owh man...I wish I lived in the US!!! You guys have soooo freaking cool outdoor decor for Christmas!!! X

I haven't seen quite this one, but I did see some giant and furry outdoor unicorn christmas statue things at the garden centre here in the UK a few weeks ago, alongside the reindeer which seems like an odd development but anyhow...

So maybe there are some more of these types of things across the channel in Europe too??

I'm sure that is the case- after all,  all this stuff comes from China.

Unicorns seem to be the thing this Christmas? I've seen other Unicorn Christmas stuff-  bizarre but I am liking the trend!!!

I have this creature sitting in my living room right now. I have to put it outside, but I haven't had time plus it's so beautiful that I don't wanna put it outside.

The creepy factor is when you turn off it's lights...they have an after glow. So it's kinda spooky at night to see creepy glowing lights in my living room with the lights off.

The only thing I was disappointed is the lights are not in the horn, mane/tale or wings. I'm potentially gonna resolve that issue when I do my setup outside, I may add some lights around uni.

I'm also going to be putting mine on the front poarch instead of out in the open, just so it'll have a little shelter.
Probably doesn't own a stolen piece of the Taj Mahal.

Awesome!  Yeah- I was thinking she needs lights around the wings- the wings kinda reflect the colors- but something shining on them or around them would be even better-

Yay for Unicorn Christmas! (or just Unicorns, haha)
