I assume it's mildew? More of, any tips on how to get rid of them? I usualy scrub a rusty etc pony with a tootbrush that has detergent, but it didn't work with her. She has now been in vinegar/water for weeks. Next attempt is baking soda. The spots seem to be in her plastic itself.

Looks like it. Mix a little bleach and hot water, fill the body and head (a cup helps keep it from falling over) and leave it overnight. Dump and use a small toothbrush or cotton swabs to scrub it, then rinse well. That should do it but sometimes it takes more than once.

Isn't bleach too strong though? But thanks for the tips. I'quess I'll try something like that with baking soda and vinegar first.

I'm afraid that's mould >_<

Try hot water and dish wash liquid first and scrub inside with a toothbrush, it doesn't look too bad and should hopefully clean off with that. If not dilute bleach and hot water as Cuddle has suggested is what I would use.

I've been reading using cleaning grade vinegar is better for cleaning mold off of stuff rather then bleach... Bleach doesn't kill the roots?
(But then again I'm getting that off home improvement sites that I'm looking at).

I doubt that does anything because neither the technique I use with rust cases (detergent on a toothbrush and scrub scrub) nor vinegar worked :/ also isn't bleach too strong to use or?

I have used pure vinegar and it did nothing. ): Baking soda is  my next attempt.

You said you put her in water/vinegar.. I mean cleaning vinegar that's not for cooking. (It would be for killing it-- but sounds like you diluted, so I suggest trying it all full strength)

And I think you'll have to scrape it out with something hard like metal as its probably stuck in the surface.

I tried also pure vinegar at first. Also, what is the difference between those vinegars?

I mean, it doesn't even look like it'd be on the surface. But I can try.. gotta find some cheap second hand crafts things that would be long and small enough.
