Help IDing this fakie

I found an interesting fakie who's purple with planet-like circles on her . . . She kind of reminds me of a 90s Littlest Pet Shop horse (with her nodding head) but I don't see any LPS mark on her.  It's hard to read the marking on her inner leg but it looks like she's from the 2000's.

Does her head move up and down, and is her snoot magnetic? She looks like a Bellasara horse. They originally came with a mommy figure, and you could nuzzle.their noses together.

Thanks for the help!  Yes, that MIB picture definitely shows this same pony . . . I went back to the thrift store the next day and found her mom!
