Spain - were there regular TEs as well as Spanish ones? What card art does Spain use?
No need for the question mark on Scandinavia. I trust quite well this one site, and according to it atleast Finland did not have Twinkle Eyes.

I seem to remember Ponyland saying something similar about Sweden, but since we've identified some variation between countries, I put the question mark in case it doesn't apply to Denmark and to Norway as well...
Thanks all. @Perikoala that somehow makes sense given the other art styles used on Spanish cards. No regular TE ponies means I can hand them over to PKW to handle. Yay
