Posey or Pina Colada!

Posey is such a beautiful pony with so many different variations. I can't get enough of her. But then again, Pina Colada is my favorite pony so I dont think its possible to have too many Pina Coladas. Too bad there isnt many different variations. Maybe it would be time to do some alternate rehairs?

If I had the space and could feasibly afford it, I would definitely love to have a Posey army. She's always been one of my favourites and there are so many beautiful variants, especially the white Venezuelan one. Also I love that the Italian version has "hippypony" on the backcard. She is very groovy!

An accidental army I have is Peppermint Crunch. I got 2 bins of G1s locally a while ago (still cleaning them lol) and there are about 6 or 7 of her!

I have a small army of Coco Berry's. I got a handful from an army swap aaaages ago, which included a few customs, including an alternate color rehair and a perfume puff hair version ^^ Also a plush version! I love them!

Unfortunately they've been in storage for a while as I don't have room atm to display them...

My pride and joy is my Gusty Army, I just love her! <3 (Too many to count/list, lol.)

I also have a small G1 Ribbon Army as well (4 SS, BBE Baby, and NBBE Baby). She was the very first pony in my collection, and I also had her as a child, so she is very special to me. ^-^

what is it that significants an army? Is it a bunch of the same pony with no variations, but you just like her very much, like having say, 15 Mimic, just because you love her colour?
Or does a variant collection count as an army too? I usually dont categorize my variants as armies as they are all different even if it's the same pony, but if they count, I have armies of Lemon Drop and Medley.

For Lemon Drop I have 7 different italians, 5 different spanish, 2 greek, 4 HK, 1 China, 2 German, and som MIP

Medleys I have both HK, french, italian, mexican, peru green hair, peru purple hair, greek yellow and greek orange, greek blue baby, and peru white baby.

But if I Buy a G4 Pony.....it is mostly Rarity!!!
I have to count how many different Rarity's I have ATM because I bought one last week!

I really (really) love Cherries Jubilee, so am working towards getting more of her. So far I have 5 HK variants plus a sixth who is simply faded. However she is different from the others, so... And there are so many beautiful Nirvana variants of her.

I also want, one day, to have all versions of Truly. So far I only have the Scandinavian girl and So Soft. I really love the simplicity of Novia (both versions). Truly is my joint favourite pony together with SA Heart Throb.

And if we are talking about dreams here then I would love, but LOVE to have a SA Pony army. However I think that this dream really does live in DreamLand.

I have a small multi-gen army of Applejack. If I had loads of money and space, it would be a much bigger army and feature more G1 variants. The Colombian Applejacks are so pretty!

I also think Peachy would be a really good army pony. There are quite a few Nirvanas of her, and also even her regular releases always seem to be subtly different: slightly different colours, symbols faded in an interesting way, flatter hair etc.

My sister actually does have a Posey army. And a Cotton Candy one. Though most of both are in storage, she's started picking them up again. She brought an Italian posey and a regular darker pink Cotton Candy home from ponycon, and I've given her a couple of Poseys more recently (actually one of them she kind of took out of my trade box and then looked at me hopefully, since it had really nice pink hair, LOL). This is also the reason she has the Hallmark christmas ornament for Cotton Candy, although I think she likes the others as well. I know she also has a Macau "Candy" in that army somewhere, which I think is her favourite. And of course, a retro one too. I have no idea why Cotton Candy. My sister really hates pink O.o.

I think Naynie must have about ten or twelve Poseys. I had to talk her out of buying one at ponycon that had no hair and that was in pieces :/

I would love to have an army of North Stars and baby North Stars, of all her variants except the Argentina one. Currently though, I have only both variations of the baby and one NSS North Star. Sigh, I want the Brazil one and the so soft with black compass rose ):

What pony do you/ or would you love to have as your army pony?

I'd love to have Sundance (G1 specifically) as my army pony, I've only got one of her at the moment
I currently have 5/6 McDonald's G2 Sundances so I guess she's my current army pony  I'd like to change that lol.

Edit: I guess you could say I've got a bit of a G1 Posey army too
