Alirka I read you'd dyed her, but I still couldn't believe my eyes! I've never had much success dying ponies

Boiling water and rit dye works like a charm! 

Ahhhh! I used Dylon Dye, the first time it worked great, but the second time it went VERY patchy and I was very out off. You could only get Dylon Dye here for a while and not Rit Dye (it had to be imported) I only have Rit Dye now, you can easily get it here. I use it for dying nylon hair, but not ponies (still afraid of ruining one!)

It might have been both those things (bad luck or expired dye.... or both!)

I may have to try dying a pony again, one day

Which Rit Dye do you use? The normal powdery one, the normal liquid one or the RitDye MORE? I've used the powder with good results for hair and semi-good results for bodies but not the MORE yet.

I've always used the powder versions for both Rit and Dylon
