Thank you for sharing! Trixie is my favorite G4 pony to collect, and I'm really happy that she looks so good in the new style! I've been hoping to find her soon and knowing that she's been spotted in stores is great! The eyes are a bit big, but hey, what can you do. Twilight and Applejack's prints seem a bit too busy, but I still like this sort of... mock-twice-as-fancy design? Not sure what to call it, but it's unique and I like it! Would've been nice to see some printing on Twilight's wings, or maybe a symbol on their forehead or cheek to balance things out, but it should be easy enough to paint a small one on there.

I bought Trixie a few weeks back and I can say that the stock photos etc don't do her justice: she is sooo gorgeous in real life. I'm totally in love with her, lol! The starry glittery pattern is really beautiful and catches the light in many pretty ways.
As for her hair... well it's not too bad? Definitely not the worst G4 hair. Not the best either but it's decently silky-feeling.

When I first saw Pinkie Pie, on first glance her symbol looked like grapes (LOL), go home pinkie, you're drunk...

Trixie is really pretty! I'm not sure about the rest of the set, but I'll definitely buy her!

They are lovely! I don't really collect from this incarnation however I love the glittery TAFness and my favourite is Applejack because it's nearly Halloween!

I checked Entertainer in Wimbledon (I didn't mean to go there, it's a long story, see trivial complaints) but they didn't have anything new. Lots of old stuff. (They have lots of the EQG Shadowbolts Sunny Flare and whatever the other one is...the blue/purple one and the pink/yellow one anyway still, even though the website says they no longer sell these...so that says everything.)

I did see a POP Mokey fraggle which was nostalgic. I had mokey as a kid and carried her all around everywhere, she was my favourite and my go to toy before ponies took over xD.

But nothing exciting like these sparklies. I hope they will get here by Christmas. Haven't actually checked my own Entertainer yet. As I said, trip to Wimbledon not planned. Blame TFL buses.

I thought twilight had those cellar spiders covered in glitter all over her, I really don't like the overall look except for Trixie.

That Trixie meanwhile might become my new favorite 4.5 (apart from the [non-mane six, because better hair quality] seaponies; it's unlikely any new releases will ever surpass those in my books), depending on how her hair is. Really hoping it feels more like hair than like hay.

I’ve been thinking about it for awhile and I think one reason Twilight,  Applejack and Pinkie look off is because the glittery part of their symbols goes outside the outline of the regular symbols. Trixie’s glittery stars seem well defined. I think Applejack might have looked better with green glitter lines instead of red.

I found these in Denmark this past week at BR Toy shops.  I'm still not sure about the 3.5 style but I love the sparkle designs all over them so bought a couple.

I just noticed these are also on Hasbro Toy Shop and the descriptions are so funny. They all mention "she has a glittery design printed on her to imagine her getting sparkly after a day of (changes to fit each pony) So is that how G4 ponies relax, they put glitter on themselves?
