POTD 9/18/18 Galaxy

Have her! I found her at the flea market

Have her, but not in her best condition. Her mane and tail are cut pretty short and her symbol is a bit rubbed off. Despite that, she's good looking anyway. I'd like to sew her a black jacket because she's looking like a rock star to me with that haircut. It's a bit of a shame she doesn't have a long and flowing mane anymore because I like her bright colors, I would have liked to see more of it. ^^

A little jacket for her sounds awesome! Especially with the cut mane and tail, I'd love to see it if you do sew one 

Could always have someone restore her for you? That's what I did with an MO Starhopper that I bought with a bad mane cut and rusty tail.

I don't feel like rehairing her, her manecut doesn't bother me that much, especially since I want to make her a "rockstyle/punk" jacket. ^^ I really don't know when I'll make it though, but it will happen eventually. That's what I thought about my G1 Sprinkles, the previous owner had cut her mane and she's got a Mohawk now, I think it suits her 

I actually can't wait to see that jacket if you do make one and post it, I think the black would compliment her colours

Yay, one of my favourites! The Galaxy in our collection is one of my girlfriend's childhood ponies. Our story for her is that she's an archaeologist, but unfortunately she's not very good at it; she puts a lot of faith in old legends rather than the facts of history. Think Heinrich Schliemann (19th century guy who went  hunting for  the remains of Troy) in pony form! Her great dream is to find the remains of the legendary Dream Castle. (All this came about because we were reading a book about early archaeology at the time when we were cleaning up the twinkle-eyed ponies.)

Galaxy is PonyLand's answer to Heinrich Schliemann (who is her number 1 hero): an enthusiastic archaeologist with a preference for exciting fiction over dull fact. Her dream is to find and excavate the site of the legendary Dream Castle. She also enjoys astronomy.
In personality, she's intelligent (though easily distracted from the facts!), imaginative, resourceful and possessed of great intuition. Her unicorn magic takes the form of being able to radiate light and heat from her horn. Her favourite food is chocolate.

I have her. In fact I have two. Because I got one, and then I got what was supposed to be an upgrade. Except I noticed that the upgrade had magenta eyes while the original had light pink eyes. And then there were two...

I love Galaxy, and really enjoyed her character in the cartoons, too.  Normally I don't like red and pink as a colour combination, but somehow she pulls it off in style.

I have her! I didn't like Twinkle Eyes at first, but Galaxy's one of the TEs that converted me Pink AND celestial symbol, what's not to like? Love her red/white hair, too.
