Anybody else having problems with PoGo AR photos?

At the end of August I noticed that after I took an AR photo in Pokemon Go, I had to restart my phone before the picture would show up in my gallery.  But at the beginning of September the photos stop saving to my phone altogether. The camera works normally in the game, but the photos are nowhere on my phone.  I'm missing the pictures I took of the two Entei I've got from research projects and the shiny Minun I caught today.

No, they're just not there at all.
