My favourite shs.

Wanted her so much as a kid! In the UK she is oddly called Moonshimmer. I like the name better but it doesn't really fit...she should have been Sunblossom...

I agree the names are messed up in this set.

I have noticed that some Moonshimmer/Twinklers that come up in Germany have super curly hair...

I have noticed the curly ones too. I have a normal one and a curly one and their hair colours are different as well. The curly one has lighter yellow hair, not as gold.
I have been wondering how the curly ones were packaged. I have never seen one moc/mib. Have you? The normal US ones were carded obviously. I have seen one in european packaging, it was one of those "flat" shs boxes, but the pony inside had normal straight hair.
(I also wonder if there is any connection to to the curly baby Mischief...)

Yeah, I wonder about the Mischief thing too, and I need to one day get a curly Moonshimmer and do some comparison with my Mischief army.

I think I have only seen MIB ones with the straight hair. I can't remember seeing Moonshimmer very often in box, and I don't think I've ever seen her in German box.  I've seen her in the UK box with straight hair only. But I haven't noticed this with the others in the set (I think Einhornbaby has Starflash in German box and I think her hair is straight - my MIB Starflash in UK box is also straight haired) so it must be something to do with that batch of yellow hair. Starlight babies and Glittering ponies are on the same insert I think, so it would make sense that there's a relationship??

I'll pass, I'm not a fan of the glittery SHS for some reason. They just don't do it for me.

The names for this set are so weird.
