Not really. The newer fashion ponies are about as big as I like to get.  Even the g3 styling ponies were too big for me.

Noooooo.  This already happened--they were called Soft Sleepy Newborns, and they looked like they were just BEGGING to be the MLP version of Chucky.

I had one growing up, and we called it Monster Pony.  My brother used to run around and pretend it was stomping all my ponies to death, like Ponyzilla or something.  Under the circumstances, I don't think I can trust Hasbro with gigantic G1s ever again.

Nope, not too fond of this idea. Considering how much the 35 year anniversary ponies cost here in Sweden compared to the US, I don´t even wanna start to think about how much a giant one would be
