Is there currently any difference in the figures being released in the blind capsules vs the sets? I know there are pony, sea pony, and equestria girl variations. And that the item they come with/sit in can vary.
But for example, is the pony Rarity any different from the blind capsule vs the nature set, school set, or sparkly dessert set? Like a different body pose or expression? The stock photos make them look like the same ponies are being reused and knowing Hasbro thats what I assume...

Can anyone confirm? Before I start buying too many of these darn things!
