Does anyone know who made these custom Gummy and Owlowiscious figures?

Ok so a little about these figures.  Mine have been missing since shortly after Bronycon 2012 (the one in Secaucus) where I purchased them.  I just now found them inside the lining of a bag I am finally getting rid of, so they are really screwed up looking.

They are molded hard plastic (maybe?), with a hole in the bottom so that they could be used on the pony saddles and carts from the first wave of brushables.

They are hand painted acrylic, kinda delicately at that, with not a lot of detail. And now Owlowiscious is covered in fuzz and guk I can't get rid of.
