Blue pony is gay for Rolling Thunder. Yellow pony is supportive. I know there's a lot of people who would like to see an openly gay couple on this show, and it looks like Hasbro might be taking baby steps towards one! Now if only they had the guts to show Scootaloo's aunts

This clip doens't provide much information about their romance/sexual orientation. They could be simply close and a bit eccentric friends.
Also, if the point is representing homosexual couples, Lyra and Bon-Bon (Sweetie Drops) are already doing this part.

The clip had the purple pegasus wink at the pony in the bleachers, who then swooned over being winked at. The purple pegasus is performing for the first time in Ponyville.

Why do you freak out at someone shipping two cartoon ponies? Did you write the same Bon Jovi story when you saw people speculating about Big Mac and Cheerilee?
