I have them they are lovely and sit next to half note I think one I got as a kid. I really like the color combo. Did they have a non US version?

I am not sure it's officially US/Europe or whether they cross locations, but the one I had as a kid has much redder hair. The US ones I've seen MOC (including in person once at ponycon) have more orangy red hair. I am pretty sure there are variations for all this set except maybe Sweet Notes, but Pretty Beat is the most distinctive.

I have her in the straight, orange hair variation. Half Note is special to me, but I think Tuneful is the prettiest of the Rockin' Beats.

The Rockin´Beats ponies are my least favourite set, I really don´t care for their neon colors.
The only reason I would have her is if I suddenly decide to try and collect ALL the ponies (which, come to think of it, is not an impossability  )

Ohh I really love her! She's my fave of the rockin beats I think. Her bright colours are so fun!

I don't think I have her yet.  Was never a super fan of the RNB ponies, something about their colours or their symbols just never appealed.  One day I'll chase down this set and their guitars, but not right now.

I must remember to look out for the orangey haired one at ponycon this year.  It's a variation I've wanted for a while but whenever she comes up there's always a reason I can't get her :/

The best part is my lovely darker haired version was purchased from someone locally at a rummage sale... I've come across a few not US release ponies around here over the last few years...

Well, it's not totally sure that it's a Euro/US difference. The red hair is more common here in the UK and the orangy one there, like Pretty Beat, but I know Pretty Beat with purple hair has shown up in the US and you just proved the red haired Tuneful can show up there too...

So it may just be that they were switching over batches when they stopped selling there and started up here. We're about a year behind with many G1s so that makes sense. Like blue heart Dazzleglow. The version we have with the pink hearts is about as common in the US as it is here, but we never had the blue heart one here. It seems she happened and then was no longer being produced by the time they got the set out here.

For some reason that whole year (1990-1 in the US into 1991-2 in Europe) is full of variations, so I guess a lot of production changes happened that we don't know much about in around 1991. Rainbow Babies and Teeny Weeny Ponies are also sets affected by this, as are the Pocket ponies...lots of fun for variant geeks like me
