Ponyfan:
Hi,

I've got some new Strawberry Shortcake minis. Does anyone know a good way to clean these without ruining them?

Galactica:
I would let them soak for a bit in a bowl with warm soapy water, and then try wiping off any of the grime.

Those black dots on Sour Grapes are not going to come off though..

Ponyfan:
Thanks Galactica. :) If they still have scents will the soapy water make them unscented?  I haven’t smelled to see if they’re still scented.

toyjunky:
I've always just cleaned mine by wiping them with water and a cloth, but then again those are from my childhood, so I know where they have been and what has been done with them, etc. The figures do have holes in the bottom of them so something to keep in mind. Generally, I have found that wiping them down and then having them out in the open tends to help with the sticky/oiliness if they have been boxed a long time.

Ponyfan:
Thanks toyjunky.  I used a damp cloth and cleaned them up. A few of them still seem to have thier scents. Sour Grapes still smells strongly but on some of the others I can only smell a little scent.
