Started a blanket that requires orange yarn. Well I have discovered the orange I started with has been discontinued. I am searching all avenues for any remnants of this yarn.

If you have or know someone who has this yarn, please let me know.

My advice?  Join Ravelry, keep and eye on it: https://www.ravelry.com/yarns/library/caron-simply-soft-party/stashes?status=&cf=%3F&photoless=0&search=orange because someone, somewhere will be clearing out their stash (and you'll get the same dyelots).

I have not seen this yarn in stores, but I live in very small towns, so fingers crossed, thank you so much!!!!

They definitely carry the brand at JoAnn.  Whether or not they have orange is another story.

Had a quick look on the UK sites + yeah, discontinued.

There is an indie wool store near me, when I get a chance I will visit and ask them if they have any lurking on their shelves     how many balls of yarn are you after to finish your blanket?

At this point as many as I can get. If I had to choose a number 3 might finish the project. I loved the color, so I have other projects I would use the yarn with.

I found it on a site called YarnIsland (http://yarnisland.com/yarns/caron/simply-soft-party?product_id=554) and appears to be in stock - the price seems to convert to ~$6.50 USD. Not sure what shipping is like.

Boo, won't ship to Canada either. I guess it must ship only within its own country. Sorry, I should've checked that first. I think it only ships to Indonesia (apparently that's the currency).
