I bought two of the blind bags today and got Princess Cadence and sea pony Rainbow Dash.  Rainbow Dash is sitting in a SUSHI ROLL, which is hilarious.

They're really cute, I'd love to collect all the sea ponies.

I wasn't going to get any of these... but of course I gave in! I got a sea pony Twilight Sparkle and a banana accessory... so cute! But LadyMoondancer I would have loved that one with the sushi roll lol!

I've looked at a few of the mystery capsules and all of the ones I've looked at so far say Cafeteria Cuties? Do they all say that or is that the name of a line?

Cafeteria Cuties are the first set of blind capsules, they're all food-themed. The upcoming second set is gonna be called Friendship Party, so those ones will be party-themed.

I found the blind bags of these today and couldn't resist getting a couple of them. Holy cow, they were expensive, though! How much do these run in the US? These were $8.66 each here. Yikes! Don't think I'll be getting more after this.

So here's who I got. Not my favorites, but better than getting Spike or Pinkie I suppose. I was really hoping for Sunset Shimmer or a Twilight, or Pony or Cadence!

The crew are $3.99 at target, as well. I picked up three blind boxes, the garden set, and the study set, as I didn't want the sea pony set yet; apparently there's a target exclusive set as well?. I'll need to pick those up as well eventually. Didn't get Sunset Shimmer (not surprised to find I'm not the only one coveting her! ), but I did get DJPON3, EG Rarity, and Sushi Dash. I may need to pick up some more for the Jubilee - they'd make great dice game prizes!

Oh geez, yeah they're just under $4 here in the US, $3.99 is the list price I believe but Walmart tends to go a tad cheaper and opt for .88 instead of .99 for most things.

I managed to get a Sunset Shimmer along with a muffin pony one from someone here in the UK and I want to return to this question of codes.

These two both come from the same batch and all the numbers are the same except one.

On the plastic case there is a tiny number on the base. One has a '1' and the other a '4'. But because I don't collect these and don't intend to, I don't know if that number is a coincidence or if it matters...

I believe I read somewhere that those numbers only run from 1-4, so not nearly enough variance to differentiate. MLPMerch wrote a blog post and made a chart of all the possible codes looking for clues...with essentially no real conclusion of a pattern.

Ah, ok. Well, it was worth a try. I wonder whether the 1-4 relate to particular styles within the wave or whether it's random. For example, if all the EQG ones are '1', for example.
