Hey everyone... it's me again with another pony question because I'm confused again.
Okay so I bought this pony today because I thought it was a mlp, but now I'm not so sure anymore... Does anyone know what it is? Or is it one of those weird fair ponys or something?

the feet dont say anything on them. they just look weird because of the water - I washed it after buying it and its still drying

I think its a fakie based on a G3 mould.

She is a fakie, yes. Looks like a G3 Divine Shine fake, here is the real set. The divine shines are very prone to plastic problems (getting sticky, glitter disintegration, bleh) and since this gal doesn't look have any of those issues, and more importantly she doesn't have any hoof markings or symbol, she is a fakie She is a pretty one, though!

No, she's not a real MLP, cute, but not MLP.

As Safflower pointed out, the one way to tell the difference is in most cases/usually, Hasbro My Little Pony have some sort of indication on them, usually at the bottom of the hooves that they are in fact produced by Hasbro.

Do people here collect these? What do I do with it? When I read its a fakie I thought I would just toss it out since it only cost 50 cents, but i read some people might collect those?

Definitely don't throw her out! I do collect fakies am unable to buy/sell/trade her so I can't take her, but maybe someone else will be able to! And even if someone can't, you can always just donate her back to the thrift store.
