GFs in Final Fantasy VIII

Twenty years ago when I played Final Fantasy 8 I always read "GF" as Guardian Force... but this weekend my kids started playing it and read it as "GIRLFRIEND". Omigosh.  can't unsee!!!!  it defeinitly makes for a different play reading how to take care and level up your GFs and their abilities. Oh boy.

Oh they know - I think the tutorial mentioned them as their proper names.  But my kids are teenagers and very keen on puns and missspeak.
