Yep, that's a Fairy Tails bird! Looks like you have True Love Tails

Fairy Tails were a different toyline, but still made by Hasbro. Some stories about them were featured in the MLP and Friends comics. Even though they aren't MLP they are still associated with ponies because Hasbro, the style of the toys and art, and the media. My Little Wiki even has a section on them here if you want more info

As a kid I played with them together-  they were released around the same time.  Art and animation looks just like MLP so they fit in nicely into the MLP universe even though there was never any official cross over.

Kinda like Moondreamers.

Moondreamers are similar to Fairy Tails in how they relate to other brands. They were a line of dolls (and some animal friends) that were the same scale and a similar mold to Megan and Molly made in the 80s by Hasbro. The universe is set in three parts: the Starry Up, Monstrous Middle, and down (Earth). Moondreamers live in Starry Up where they send good dreams to children on earth. They also fight Evil Scowlene. Their picks were the same mold as MLP ones, and they were also part of the MLP n Friends TV series. They are tied to MLP for lots of the reasons that Fairy Tails are The wiki has a page about them here and Ghost of the Doll has a page about them here.

They have that MLP-ish look because they, too, were made by Hasbro.    Although they are not officially part of the MLP world, they were some of the "friends" in the "MLP & Friends" comic books.  (But no direct crossovers, sadly.  They were toys that came to life when kids weren't watching, like in Toy Story.)
