This buyer at least came through before, so she'll likely come through again-- even if it'll be annoying/frustrating. If she a seller has the right to set the terms of sale saying "Payment needs to be received by X amount of days".

Anyway good luck. It's going to be annoying to tell her your terms, but just be clear and stick to it.
