Is This A Fakie?

My father was helping clean out a foreclosed house and found this pony behind the washing machine there:

The front half of her hair is moulded, the rest, including the tail, is rooted.

She has no manufacturer/country on her and she's made of very cheap plastic. It visibly warped around her neck when I put her head back on after letting her dry overnight.

Also she was extremely mouldy inside (you can also see it in her hair!!! ew!) and also smells of cat pee... which sucks because I'm severely allergic to cats so washing her was very fun. lol.

I should clarify that I know it's not a legit MLP since... well look at it!

I was just wondering if it's any kind of fakie or just some off-brand type thing.

Well, to be fair, all ponies that are offbrand MLP lookalikes are considered fakies, not just the ones in hasbro moulds as far as I know

Any cheap pony toy that is trying to ride the coattails of real MLP is considered a fakie, even if they are in an original mold.   So that one is definitely a fakie!  She's very pretty, too bad she was moldy inside.

Okay okay xD what I mean by "off brand" is something like.. my Fisher Price pony. Y'know, something not really trying to copy MLP but could be mistaken for a fakie by some people? Idk that might've been a bad comparison but I'm trying not to look stupid. 

She is a pretty cute fakie though so... despite her stank, I'm glad I have her now.

I get what you are saying. But it still ends up being the same thing. If it's a pastel pony with a symbol on the butt by any other company than Hasbro -- it is copying the my little pony concept and therefore a fakie.

(There's a point where I think sometimes things are just pastel horses/unicorns... but if it's got a symbol.. then = MLP fake to *me*)

She seems like a run of the mill cheap fakie. 

If she smells of mold and pee, I would toss her straight away... (she isn't really worth the effort it would take to desmellify)

I have her kept in solitary confinement away from my other ponies, I really just can't bring myself to throw away a toy that isn't broken beyond repair. The fact that the smell can eventually be fixed is good enough for me despite her being a cheap fakie, so I'll keep her.

I would highly recommend an enzyme cleaner called natures miracle for the pee smell ,I have two cats, and that stuff works wonders.

Quick question, since you have her is there any branding on her hooves/legs/anywhere ?
I know many fakies don't have branding but some actually do.
