Hi,

I want to learn doing customs and restoring some G1s. For customs I use fakies. In this forum I found valuable hints and information. Thank you all! And there helpful resources in the internet.
Here I want to show some results. This journey is exciting ...  :lol:

@safflower: Thank you. No names yet. The ponies are not finished. That's why I did not take a photo of a complete pony. Currently I am practising on single parts.

I am always of the opinion that you should try to restore a pony before you class them as bait, my Peachy is an issue because all over one side of her body is Sharpie marks :(

I don't live in a sunny country really so im not sure how viable of an option sunfading is, and if I can even fade out sharpie so I class her as bait

Oh, poor thing :( You can sunfade sharpie like any other mark or stain, it just might take a while if you don't get much sun. No harm in trying, right?

Finished my first custom. I used a fancy pants fakie. I changed the eyes with clay and painted more mlp-looking eyes on top.
It's a baby supposed to be for Minty  :)
