Pony scene shots- yay or neigh?
« on: July 19, 2018, 09:49:08 PM »
Some of my girls - Milky Way, Star Dreams, Jade Garden, and Light Heart decided to have a picnic and chow down on dorayaki to celebrate the arrival of some new herd members today.

Meanwhile, Starsong and Minty went on a nature walk to explore the great outdoors. Couldn't get Star to come down once she started climbing on everything that provided her with a good vantage point. Silly pony.

Aww, I always love a good pony picnic!  Ponies out in nature is also fun, my favorite pic has to be the last one with Starsong hanging out on the tree.

Photo stories and pictures and stuff are always fun to do and fun to share. If I have time and a good reason to do it then I will. I did one for Brazilian Paradise when she came, because a regular Paradise without flocking had been an ambition of mine since childhood. I also did one for Peruvian Medley because when I posted that I was looking for her I did it as a 'Missing Pony' message from her baby. I also did one for retro Snuzzle a while back because she was a gift from a very sweet pony friend here and I wanted to document her arrival.

I also often take ponies out places with me. My avatars this year are ponies in different places. Winter was Snowcatcher in the snowy woodland near my family home. Spring was Fluttsi in Japan in the cherry blossom of Kyoto. Summer is now Applejack in her homeland of Finland, waiting for a boat in Helsinki to travel out to the islands. I haven't decided who Autumn will be yet, I'll need to take another picture.

Taking pony pics in places is lots of fun and so are photo stories :D

I like to take photo's of my ponies in the garden; it's seriously fun. And I also now take ponies away with me and take photos of them there, but I don't do storylines: however I do like reading other people's pony photo stories - yours was awesome thank you!

Great photos. :)

I love taking pony pics and making photo stories.  :lovey: The movie baby sea ponies have been my go to ponies for photo stories lately I love having them play tricks on each other.  I’ve been thinking about finding another photoshoot pony but I’m not sure who I should pick. :dizzy:  I love that the movie baby sea ponies are small enough to fit in my pocket.

can never go wrong with picnics! I hardly ever let my girls have fun (they tend to get too rowdy and we start hearing noise complaints from the neighbors XD). So I approved a nice, quiet picnic.
I like the nature shots I've seen other people post- especially in Ponies Around the World. But I've always been afraid to take my girls outside to either get them dirty or have them out in the sun, since I heard its bad for ponies. Also, fearing people might be thinking I'm doing something suspicious, when I'm just taking pony outdoor pics.

here's a whopping 42 page photo-story fest that I did, if you're interested. https://mlpforums.com/topic/177831-summer-sun-celebration-part-1-3/
what do your girls do in the garden? Just sniff flowers, or roam about and explore? I would love to see some of your own photos.
