How to improve healthy pony

I think cards and notes or pm messages is a nice idea. It doesn’t have to be a big thing. I just think having someone around to help motivate you forward is always helpful.

I like both the prizes and partner ideas! I would be happy to contribute a monetary amount or pony/ponies to award and swap.  I’ve shipped internationally a bit as well and would be game for that too.

I love the idea for partners and maybe a physical prize for a voted upon MVP. Most encouraging, most posts,  etc. I'd be willing to contribute a physical crafting prize for that.

I do enjoy Healthy Pony, I just have a hard time with motivation lately.

If we do a buddy system and something is exchange as partners even as small as a card/snail mail letter can I encourage feedback for that? If I know that some participants kept their buddy system really well, with something physically sent to their partner, can I issue feedback? Just thinking of a perk for those that do make an effort.

To sign up, you just have to fill out the sign up form. This is for your personal goals.

What can you accomplish in 3 months? This is your chance to break your dream goals into tiny pieces. Once that tiny goal is reached you can adjust it, so you get closer to that dream goal.

This round has a few fun things.

1. Buddy system. You will be paired up with another sign up at random. You as a buddy is to help support, and keep your buddy on their goals. The buddy you are paired with is to help you as well. If you choose to do more than posts and PM, that is your own agreement. Healthy pony is not responsible for a swap/trade through the buddy system. I as a host am here to help out if something is not going well/right. Your only requirement as a buddy is to keep you buddy motivated and posting on the forum.
1. Are you ok having more than 1 buddy? *its fine not to be ok as people are busy:)
2. This is not a swap in any shape or form.

2. Prize party.
Prizes are awarded for: Most progress is made by a particular pony. This is awarded by asking all participants to PM me their votes for this award:)
Prize awarded for posts. I will be keeping a galley of posts made including your sign up. Each post is a ticket into a drawing. I put in a list, and do a number generator.

I myself will be doing a knit prize, wing prize and a combinations.

If you want to do a prize you can donate please let me know what you want to donate. You are welcome to make a healthy pony contest, please PM me so we have a same understanding:) if you want to add to prizes on mentioned contests, please post. I love having more prizes donated for job well done. As all people trying is a job well done:) if you are a prize donar please PM me too. Helps me stayed organized.

If for any reason your random buddy is not working out, PM me. I will either take over or do what I can
 Healthy pony is about being positive and reaching goals. If it is not helping you please give me a chance to help you.

I will be putting in that prizes will not have location restriction, but be aware that international shipping is high and if any adjusts to offset cost would be greatly appreciated. And if you donate a prize you can't have shipping requirements. I don't want anyone left out from a prize.

I would also describe that your dream goals should be obtainable. Saying I will be making $100 day on online sales is not really in my power. But I can say, I will be updating and adding to my stock in online sales in Hope's to make that.

I would also describe the tiny pieces. Using my dream goal. I would make a goal of boosting my link to my online shop once a week. If I do more my first week like two days, my tiny was reached and now my goal is to keep the two days. Basically building on a small goal.
