~Draw Together~ TE Sky Rocket, Lickety Split, and Rainbow Swirl! ~July 2018~

Hi everyone, it's time for another draw together! For this month, there are two ice cream ponies to help you beat the heat, and one 4th of July pony, so bust out those art supplies! As always you can draw all, two, or just one of the ponies for this month with no pressure or deadlines :) Just post your art in this thread! Last month's thread can be found here. Let's meet our lovely gals:
Sky Rocket, a Twinkle Eye pony! I'm sure she loves watching fireworks through her gemstone eyes.

Rainbow Swirl, first released as a Sparkle Pony! Her backcard states she invented rainbow sherbet because she couldn't decide what flavor to order.

Who knows what these ponies could do this month? Will they watch some 4th of July fireworks or get some ice cream? It's up to you to decide when you draw them!

Here's a bump with my newest drawing ! You made me want to draw RainbowSwirl so that's exactly what I did.
She is one of my childhood ponies so I used her as a model. The thing is, I tried to draw the toy itself rather than just the character, so I also took her head/body mismatch mine has into account. Maybe it wasn't a smart move since those are not aesthetically appealing but I gave it a try. It's not that noticeable in the final result so that's not too bad if it's ugly. :'D I hope you like it !

Nice job Rose! I think drawing ponies in your collection or ones from childhood with all their flaws is a great idea :heart: It adds a really personal touch, like that Rainbow Swirl is not any girl, she is yours :) The colors and shading are great too!

Me too! I have my sketchbook though, I might be able to scribble something quick. Maybe.
