Oh, YAY!  What a sweet day it is to bring home the mother of all hauls!  I personally adore Paradise Estate and can't wait to own it one day.  Super envious of your awesome new pony goodies!  Congrats!

I have never seen this set in person yet. I hope to someday see one in person. I have no idea how big it is?

Honestly, $125 for all this seems like a great deal!  Everything looks so amazing!  And so many great accessories.  Shame about Tiddly’s tail, but that’s fixable.  All in all it’s beautiful.

$125 is a steal, I got mine near-complete for the same price. ;) It's not unusual to see bids on them start at $150 on ebay, at least it was back when I was still searching. I just needed to replace the window awnings and I'm still procrastinating on the second seapony statue. I don't fret over the utensils since logically only Megan could use them and, uh... those prices...

Huge! I swear mine came in a refrigerator box. :P Slightly exaggerating. Mine sits comfortably on the floor in front of my bed and fits perfect. All estimates, it's about 1 1/2 feet tall with the roofs snapped on and is about three feet total folded up. Specifically each building is around 9 1/2 inches on both sides, I think. And the base plate/courtyard is a little over a foot.

Oh wow!  What an amazing deal!  And the ponies all look great too!  Is that Stripes I see in the back?  She’s one of my most favorite ponies!   :)

That is a fantastic find, I still need the pool liner for that set and the patio stuff. Congrats on such nice luck there.
