Blue Cute Curtsey?

Hello all, this is one of my first posts on the Arena, other than my introduction. I was just on MyLittleWiki this evening just tinkering and checking over my G3 checklist, and as I was viewing Cute Curtsey's page, I came across this pony. It is a winter version of the crystal carriage, apparently, but I've never seen or heard of this pony. Does she actually have a name other than Cute Curtsey (even though she is obviously not Cute Curtsey)? Was she ever actually released? If so, how rare is she? I've never seen her before. Very interesting, She is not mentioned in Summer Hayes book either. I am sure I have never seen her on a convention.

I think she was planned but never released, like the G1 Celestial Ponies.

I agree with Lalalei2001. I remember seeing this back in the days and thinking I need this! But if I'm not mistaken either, it was never available :/

I don' think she was ever released, but I do remember her stock image popping up here and there, only to be disappear in some snow storm.

But that promo picture sure looks real; not photoshopped. So who knows, some day you might come across that MIB prototype Anything can happen  And if all else fails, you could make custom; like you said, the carriage is a recolor. And for the pony, I think Beep Bop would be a great match.

She wasnt released sadly. I remember when the set hit the stores but no one was ever able to find this particular pony. Its a pity, shes super pretty!

Thank you for the info everyone! I wonder where the prototype is- somewhere in Hasbro, owned by a collector, or hiding somewhere for one of us to find. It sucks that she wasn't released.. but at the same time it's a bit relieving because there's already so many G3 ponies I need.

To echo everyone else, I think she's an unreleased prototype.  What a shame, she's so beautiful and I love the carriage in those colors.  I guess they just used the name for a different pony.

That beautiful winter carriage pony.... My heart breaks all over again every time I see her.

I remember she showed up in some Australian store ads, and then what was actually on the shelves was just repackaged Slo-Glo in Pretty Parasol's carriage instead. Such a disappointment!

What a beauty. Very much a shame she was never released. Super cute recolors for the carriage and sher soft pastels are lovely. <3
