Have you met your new years resolution?

How close are you to your New Years' pony goal/resolution?
Did you already find that diamond in the rough? If you did, I'd love to see!!
Do you need to re-evaluate your goal since we're half way through the year?

(Mods if this needs to be merged with a different thread, that's OK, I tried to search for one...)


My goal was simple, a nirvana, any nirvana. Bonus if it could be Italian Firefly, I would be *really* happy.

I just checked and I don't think there was a new years resolution thread  or at least I couldn't find one

Fix ups are such fun! They look nice ponies even with the hair cuts

There is so much variety in the pink of the Italian ponies, look how pink that firefly is at the end

I probably haven't met mine, as I don't think I've bought Nirvana ponies in a while. I did get a pretty Spanish Tootsie for cheap a while back but I've certainly not added any Brazilians or anything like that. No money for it right now so that isn't likely to change but I am pretty happy with the ponies I have for now. My grail was Brazilian Paradise for the longest time and having her still makes me superlatively happy, even if I am not able to buy her any new friends.

Haircut ponies are just so much fun! I have 2 waiting for me to buy them hair and fix them up - it is going to be awesome!

Regarding my new years resolution... well no, I didn't make one. If I had a wish then it would be to find a SA pony in the wild, but that wish seems to be a very far off dream as I cannot even find a G3 pony in the wild, forget a G1. And just yesterday I visited 4 places that might, conceivably, have had them. And dug through mountains of filthy old toys in boxes. But no ponies were to be seen. But perhaps one day.

I haven’t hit my resolution yet (to get my first Piggy), but I’ve added 4 Macau ponies and an Italian Snuzzle to my herd, so I’m pretty happy about that.

Yes!  I'd set out to buy the last remaining Alternate Birthflower ponies I needed to complete the set.  Originally I'd needed January, May, and October, and I've managed to score all of them!
