POTD 6/26/18 Merriweather

This week we're looking at recycled G1's to G3's. Names, symbols and even color schemes may be referenced. I'll do my best to find a variety!
Tuesday we're looking name recycled Merriweather.

Hmmmm  I really liked G3 in a MIB form, her box was pretty.  G1 Merriweather... hmmmm Sunshine Ponies are fun but they lose their powers...

I love Merriweather! She's one of the 5 G3s I own... I always wanted her as a kid <3 I honestly like her a lot more than G1 Merriweather.

I have the one in the picture, somewhere. She's one of the three G3 ponies I have (that I bought on purpose), because when they came out, they reminded me of G1 so much (especially after G2). It felt so great to buy ponies new from the store again, they even smelled the same! I have her, and the purple one with ice cream and rainbow hair in the same pose, and Starcatcher. I need to dig them up...

Nowadays I can't stand G3, but these three bring back nice memories.

I have her! In the diva pose too, actually! Childhood pony as well. I got her as a gift in one of those "WOW !!FREE!! PONY VALUE PACK!" things that Target would often have for G3. She came with Sunny Daze and Forsythia.
Still have Merriweather and Forsythia, Sunny Daze was a duplicate (albeit a different pose) so I gave her to my best friend at the time years later. I always gave duplicates to my pony friends.

I personally think she is very lovely. <3

She's cute. I wouldn't go outta my way to get her, but I wouldn't mind having her. I like Pretty Parasol a lot more though.

I have her somewhere. I think shes a cute pony. I do like G1 Merriweather better. I love her rainbow design and the fact shes purple. Though sometimes I do think about G3 merriweather when it rains because she could of come with nicer accessories like a raincoat or umbrella.

Haha the brolly and the optimistic yellow colour kind of sums up British summertime

 ie Hoping for "Merry Weather" (but it'll probably be rain).

I'm not sure if I stil have mine or if I got rid of her but I know I at least had two versions at one point. I'll have to check
