Sorry, what was the question?

I'm tired all the time! But that's mostly a health thing... when I'm feeling more normal, I'm a total night owl.

If I could sleep during the day and stay up at night, that would be lovely. The day is nice, don’t get me wrong. But I like nighttime because of the animals and other things you see at night. Like auroras and stars. I’m more energetic and productive in the night, making it much better for me.

Party Peacock, baby! Wide awake no matter what! :awake:
I go either way, it depends on if I'm in the school semester or on break. I don't actually sleep 'til I'm nearly falling asleep standing up and I hate doing nothing. I sleep late and wake up with the sun.

I'm very much an early bird!  I wake up nearly every morning between 6:00 and 6:30 without an alarm.  When I do set an alarm, I always beat it by at least a couple of minutes!  I physically cannot sleep past 8:00am unless I am completely and absolutely exhausted, and I haven't slept past nine in over four years hahahaha  My current job involves early mornings, so it suits me well.

The flip side is that I have a lot of trouble staying up late unless I'm up and doing something.  My friends have so many pictures of me falling asleep on their shoulders from trying to watch a movie at night or something.  The main issue is I start getting tired around 9:30pm, and I'll often fall asleep in the middle of whatever I'm doing starting at around 10:00pm.  Then I'll stay asleep until around 11:30 or so, wake up, and then feel "rested" so I'll end up staying up later than I should and then I kick off the whole cycle again.  One of my close friends is a major night owl so it drives him bonkers because he'll often text me at around 9:30 wanting to pick me up and go for a drive or something and I'll have already been in my pajamas for ages haha

Early bird! I wake up early and go to bed early. I quite enjoy the morning... Peace and quite, a bit cold, no one else around, birds chirping... It's nice.

I'm a Permanently Exhausted Pigeon   Usually no matter how early I go to bed I am still tired the next day but I think I have some underlying health issues that are part of my problem.   I'm an early bird and am wide awake by 8:00 am.

What would "Wake up at 7AM, take a nap at 2PM and then go to bed at 1AM" fall under?

I'm usually a very early bird but all the travel and irregular schedule from the pony fair has me up at 11pm. I rarely stay up past 9:30 because I like getting up anywhere from 6am-7:30.

In high school and before I was NOT an early bird in any way, shape or form. However, ever since I have shifted to very much being so. It was very beneficial for me the last couple of years at university - I could get up early and after showering/eating/etc. I could still find time for homework/practicing. I ended up leaving homework for mornings when I was really busy.

The downside to it is that I pretty much don't have any option. My body will not let me sleep in anymore, and to be honest, I pretty much never get the eight hours of sleep I need.

Permanently Exhausted Pigeon fits me, too. After working nights for several years, I always get sleepy in the middle of the day.

Permanently Exhausted Pigeon, definitely. I'm so used to waking up early that I do so automatically (still set an alarm just in case) I tend to go to bed at a reasonable time (about 11pm) when there's work in the morning, then the weekend comes, any notions of being sensible go out of the window and I usually stay up 'til about 3am doing fun things.

I get up at 5am so I can have the house to myself for 90 minutes in the morning. Also because my adrenal glands won't allow me to sleep in. I often fall asleep between 7-9pm. Don't think that I'm energetic, though. I'm perpetually tired.
