I'm glad the retro ponies have been so popular    (even if they did push SSC right off the board)

UK peeps - I found wave 1 at The Entertainer yesterday!!!

Now that...is a BIG development. It means they've gone mainstream. And Entertainer is also known for getting stuff from the US or Canada as well, because it sometimes has Canadian packaged ponies or things with Target labels on. I haven't been in the local Entertainer for a while but I will go next week...I think there's also one in Wimbledon...hrm...

Without obviously being specific can you give an indication of which region you saw them in (north east, north west, midlands etc ) so we can get an idea of their distribution?

I went to Nordstrom Rack today and found 5 of the 6 Wave 3 ponies. Still looking for Moondancer.

I made two trips to Target this week. On Tuesday there were no Rainbow Ponies or Unicorn/Pegasus ponies but the Collector Ponies had been fully restocked. Today there were 5 out of 6 Rainbow Ponies (Parasol was missing) and the restocked Collector Ponies. There were still no Unicorn/Pegasus ponies.

Still no wave 3 in my area of so cal, and I have access to a LOT of Targets. Plenty of pretty parlors now and I'm seeing restocking of rainbows and collector sets. I caved today and bought them from Kaplan Toys. It does concern my husband that it says wave 2 even though it shows the ponies from wave 3 but since everyone else who has posted has gotten the right ones figured I'd go for it.

Me too! Thanks for the notifications both! It's great that they're getting further north as well I won't get to check the Entertainer by my parents' home as I'm only taking a flying trip here because of sister's birthday thing but I'll have them check when they're next in town and report back from the Midlands point of view. I'll also check in the South East when I am back there, maybe next week - but since other stores there have them already it might take longer I guess?

Went to an Entertainer in the Berkshire area, asked the lady who suddenly got super excited about G1s but had not been aware of the reboot, went to the shelf - none there 

Told her to go to John Lewis across the road if she wanted a nostalgia trip  she said she would hot-foot it either tonight or tomorrow!

I then went to JL and saw NO PONIES and NO SHELF LABELS either  I could not find a member of staff to help me. Oh well.

I feel bad now about getting that lady in The Entertainer so excited, I shall console myself in believing that the G1s will eventually hit this store and that she will get a chance to buy some!

I found the collector ponies! (and rainbow but they were either stocking them or the were sold out) at my Target. Seems like they got them before Black Friday hit.
