At the ToyFair they mentioned the plan was for Christmas.
Now that Amazon lists the Rainbows for August 15 and the Pretty Parlor for September 30, it seems likely they'll introduce the Unicorns and Pegasus in November for the holiday season.

I also want to second sending the baby art proposal to TBD. Though if you can mock one up with the european babies too it might let them know these exist. It is hard to know if they are aware of anything non US so it doesn't hurt to nudge them.
