POTD 6/12/18 Princess Sparkle

I'll pass, I may - in an event of irony to rival a Greek tragedy - end up having to dodge fakies for this remark but... she really looks like a fakie to me.

I'd love to have her someday. I like the glittery body, but the fiber optic tiara is probably my favorite part. It even has a dimmer switch built into her bow.

It's not really a dimmer switch, if I remember right...it clicks on and off I think?

Yep, she's tacky....and I love her! I mean, she's a pony that lights up! And I do like a gimmicky pony

I just really don't know with this pony. She has so many gimmicks, it's like they tried them all out on one pony all at the same time.

She isn't on my list, but at the same time I know that if I ever found her in the wild I would be so excited to actually find a G1 pony I would snatch her up in an instant and love her to pieces. I don't even know if she was sold here.

The fibers are sloooowly changing colors!
I have to admit though even she was a childhood pony for me I didnt like her much. Too glittery, it was no fun to even touch her :/ Still have mine but yeah... shes wasnt my favourite.

I have her, and I can't get rid of her. Mine doesn't have her saddle, but my dear sweet mother bought her for me on ebay. She was one of the harder-to-find ones and Mom was really proud of herself. When the pony arrived and had a gaping hole in her back, Mom just made her a little cloth saddle. It is the sweetest thing in the world, and every time I think of selling Sparkle, that saddle stops me. Sparkle stays.

I don't have her, and in all honesty I'm not in a super big rush to get her.  She's just way too OTT.        Light-up features really irritate me, they just seem tacky.  One day I'll get her, but I'm not going to be too fussed if she's in less than perfect condition.
