It looks positively wonderful! I have little baking skills, so I can’t really offer much critique on technique or something. But it looks amazing! Question: does it taste as good as it looks? I mean, it’s a work of art, so it would be heartbreaking to eat and destroy that pony food goodness. But is it as good as it appears?

It taste good. But not as fantastic as it looks. It's more a "visual" cake as it's make to looks great, but then the ingredient needed aren't specially the most interresting in taste. As well, I choose almond paste as it's better than sugar paste (fondant), more difficult to work with but definely improves the whole taste

Thanks for the eyes. First time I drawed with melted chocolat, wasn't pretty comfortable so it's not as perfect as I wished. But well, in the end, the cake was rewarding to see!

Aww, it’s Twilight!  That’s an adorable cake and you guys did a really great job. Now if only a pegasus cake could be made that had wings as nicely molded as that horn you made.  Wilton didn’t make a pegasus mold, did they?  Sure would be cute!

No they didn't do a unicorn nor a pegasus, earth pony only. I hesitated between a earth pony to fit the mold and my favorite (Twilight) then decided I should go for my fave and do the horn myself. It's almond paste sculpted on a tooth pick, so you'll need to use that kind of tricks to do a pegasus as well
