Has anyone found All About Tempest Shadow? Updated 8/28 Found her

Hi,
I was just wondering if my area is really slow on getting to the wave with Tempest or if she is still a little hard to find? My area got the Soarin wave and the Songbird wave pretty quickly but now seems to be stuck on Soarin's wave as I've found many Soarin's only a few Songbirds and no All About Tempest toys.

I haven’t seen one of tempests around here either. But then again, I haven’t been looking too hard for one as I didn’t even know they made one of those for her. Oh now I’ll definitely be on the lookout!

nope, but I live in the Netherlands so we don't get a lot of new stuff.

after seeing the movie i decided i’d pick her up if I could.
all my stores are stuck on the first two waves, though only one store had that yellow singer pony.

I haven't found Wave 4 either. I've seen some people who have found them in the US, but I haven't found them yet at any of my local stores.
