Working on a huge project with Dollyhair colors, can you help me?

Hi everyone!

I've been working on this huge project to find all the G1 ponies a match from Dollyhair colors and I am almost done! I've been comparing my own ponies to Dollyhair and also getting a lot of help from other collectors. Now I've hit the point when I really need your help to finish the project.

If you have any of these ponies on the list, can you compare them to Dollyhair colors?

If you have any ponies on the list, but you don't have any Dollyhair colors, can you compare them to other ponies? I might have those ponies on the list and that way we can figure out the right shade. For example, comparing Baby Sapphire to Chief lets us know they're a match.

I'm also interested in any Nirvana hair colors you might know! That's the next project.

Buttons's stripe is Heartthrob.

I don't think Pillow Talk has green hair, mine has yellow, blue, and white.  I'm not home to check their colors but I think the blue is atomic turquoise and the white is virgin snow.

I matched up the colors I have for you really quick~

Beauty Bloom- Dusty Rose

Chocolate Delight- atomic turquoise, lemon drop

Cloud Dreamer- Lucky clover

Forget-Me-Not- Virgin snow

Glittering Gem- Snowflake, yellow fever, Heartthrob

Hollywood- Virgin snow

Lady Flutter- Virgin snow

Li'l Pocket- Dusty rose

Pillow Talk (has no green)- the blue stripe is atomic turquoise

Rapunzel- I do not have her but have seen photos showing a color match with applejack. Her yellow should be Golden Delicious, and the pink Heartthrob.

Princess Royal Pink- Forget-me-not

Sky Rocket (TE)- Sugarberry, Yellow Fever, (I cant tell the white stripe because it has been cut on my pony ), Pussycat (fading pink)

Sky Rocket (Sparkle)- Sugarberry

Princess Sparkle- Mermaid

Princess Taffeta- Virgin Snow

Baby Sunset- lemondrop

Windy (MM)- Dusty rose

Big Top- Lemon drop

Have just pulled a couple of my ponies out to look at in daylight. Please bear in mind that they are not mint so there may be fading.

My adult TAF FiFi has the same colour hair as Majesty which I think is Water Nixie. I've also compared with an alt rehair that I know I did in new Atomic Turquoise and they are not the same colour. It may be that the new hair will settle down but there's a different tonal quality about the turquoise.

That site was really helpful, thanks NightGliderSA! But I dont agree with some of their colours. For example they have Electric Banana for Baby Honeycomb. I dont think so, or am I just blind? Honeycomb's hair sure is Electric Banana, but the baby's hair looks just yellow in most of the pictures.  Anyone have Baby Honeycomb?

I have white Valentine Twin. In most lighting her hair appears the same as Sugarberry and Cherry Treats but at some angles it looks the SLIGHTEST bit lighter. Not sure if that's because my Twin may have faded slightly.

You're right.  I don't have very many shades of Dollyhair on hand, but I can tell you that my Baby Honeycomb's hair matches my Baby Applejack's exactly. 

I've tried to match up the other ones that I have from your list.  Here's what I came up with keeping in mind that there may be some fading or discoloration issues here and there.

Baby Splosh - her yellow is a pretty close match to Yellow Fever (one of the colors I do have on hand)

Baby Ruby - matches Cherry Treats

Surprise Newborn Cuddles - matches Candy Kisses

Purple Valentine Twin - matches Cotton Candy

Nurse Loveheart - matches Majesty

Great Hair Ringlets - dark pink matches Candy Kisses, light pink matches Nice N Spicy, not sure on the white - it doesn't seem to match either Virgin Snow or Minty's white but it's possible mine is slightly discolored

Great Hair Highlights - orange matches Tales Bright Eyes, bright yellow appears to be Yellow Fever, I don't have anyone that matches her pale yellow

Hip Hop - orange matches Tales Bright Eyes, pink matches Candy Kisses

I can absolutely do that once I have collected all the info for the ponies I am still missing! Shouldn't be too hard to find out the color names from RetroDolls and match them with my list.
