Thank you everyone!Just to be absolutely clear: I don't want to deflock my pony at all I will have a try at sunfading and see where that goes. I'm a bit nervous about trying any chemicals as I don't want to damage her in any way, as you can see she is in very good condition other than that pesky glue. I have already tried washing her gently as the glue is actually patchy, not evenly brown, so looks quite bad in places. Poor pony.So the plan is to cover her in clingwrap, paint over where her eyes and symbols and mane are and sunfade. She will be my first sunfading project, so if anyone sees a flaw in this plan do speak up!
