Fat Head Flutterpony

I've seen this term used a couple times, mostly of people saying they don't want a fat headed flutterpony. Can someone explain what they are and maybe post a picture comparison between a fat head flutterpony and a not fat headed flutterpony? Thank you!

I'm so glad this thread came up! While I must admit that I did not notice the difference in, um, head fatness I did notice that they have different symbols. And I was going to ask 

On Rosedust the 'big headed' version has a lighter margin to the flowers. This is if I am taking Lady Moondancer's tutorial as regards to iris size into account as they are currently at home and I am not:
