Weirdest or Funniest Pony Defects?

Pony defects have always been something I love to see although I'm not sure why. I guess they just interest me!  So I'm here to ask, what's the weirdest or funniest pony defects you've ever seen or owned? I haven't really seen too many pony defects in the wild, so maybe you guys can fill me up with some good stories.

I have a G1 anniversary Birthday pony has an obviously off center main in the front. I'll have to take a pic later.
A defect I think is cool is reverse Gusty.

Don't have a picture of it, but we had a G4 with an eyelash going through her eyeball. How I miss the days of painted eyes and lashes.

That reminds me that I once bought a gen 4 Pinkie Pie and her eye paint was cracked and her washer was loose making her rattle every time I shook her.

These are so fun.  I got a defect Muffins pony from an eBay seller yesterday but she wasn't as interesting ( missing eyelashes on one side and a smudge on the other eye ).

I've got a Fluttershy G4 in a Rainbow Dash box. I don't even like the set she's in, but I picked her up anyway because I haven't seen any factory flaws so far in this gen!

I've never been sure if I should leave her as is or is I should add in the missing hair. I already have a bag of the hair to match for another project pony.

I'll add photos possibly later, (I forget a lot) but I have a couple ponies where their rows of rooted hair are SUPER far apart from eachother. Like, so far apart that I can brush both rows to either side of their necks and they look like they have Pony Pattern Baldness.
Wishawirl is the worst offender but I got a G1 or two recently that also has the same issue!

I also have a thrifted Heartthrob that has a weird eyeliner stain, dark blue all under one eye. She looks like someone hoofed her right in the eye!

Also ponies with hair rooted halfway down their nose.
