I agree, I think she's like Mimic and original Kimono on this point.

Original Kimono? I must investigate. She's one of my sister's favorites ponies but isn't planning on selling her with the majority of her collection.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts on her. I ended up going back to the indoor swap meet and bought a few other ponies from the same seller and was able to get Night Glider for $35.

Night Glider is such a pretty pony -- she's the one that got me into collecting!

I'm agreeing with others her high price is just bc of how pretty she is, though I'm surprised she's going for THAT high.

I think you did pretty well there, congrats I'm glad Night Glider also got to have a good new home

I didn't know Kimono was one like that. But I suspect it's on a different scale as there aren't many G3 that attract the silly prices of some G1. Kimono is beautiful, though. I can understand her being a fan favourite.

I found plenty of loose Kimono for $6 or less, and a few for sale for $15 or more. Thankfully not terribly expensive, just a little more than the average G3. She was one of few with personality in the videos of the time.
