Cleaning vintage Barbie dolls?

I rescued these two old Skipper(?) dolls from a yard sale last year and just found them again.

As you can see, they're in pretty rough shape. Is there any hope of ever cleaning them up at this point? If there is, how would I go about cleaning them? Are they even worth cleaning?

Wow.. Just, oh wow!! Those poor, poor babies!!!! Although... I do have to admit.. somehow they do have a certain creepy charm that makes me think of Halloween. Tee hee

We do not have a ton of Barbie-folk here but we do have a couple!! Here's hoping that maybe, just maybe someone can help you. I'd love to see what the Barbie pros think of these two!! I do wish you the best of luck with them!!
