It's definitely not Tutti (Tutti was like an even younger version of Skipper in the Barbie line). If anything it looks like a doll in line with the Hasbro Dolly Darlings or Uneeda Tiny Teens, but it's neither of those. I'll do some digging to see if Mattel got into that "shorter than Dawn, but taller than Kiddles" market.
Ardee was just the manufacturer. You'd get much the same mix of results if you looked up "Aladdin doll lunch box".
It actually reminds me of the lenticular pieces that came out of Japan at the time. I'm not sure if the dolls are Licca-related or not. Look at this gallery on Pinterest to see what I mean
