Just like another one of my recent posts Im hoping someone can tell me if this bow is mlp related or if it goes to another line of toys like fashion star fillies?

No...it's definitely not one of those. The bow is more of a bow and the ribbon is thicker on the bow ties with a distinctive pattern.

I think this may be Barbie, but I'm being tentative because it depends entirely on my memory of my sister's dolls when we were kids. There's a blue hairtie we have which got used for the ponies when we were younger. It looks a lot like yours only it's blue, not pink. I can't remember which of Naynie's dolls it came with, because I basically didn't like dolls - but that may be a place to start.
