Lol Surprise Dolls

Hey everyone. It's been a long long time since I was online here. My daughter kind of got out of MLP and moved on to LOL surprise. Anyone else collect? I've heard that international folks have some of the series 1 and 2 dolls (that are discontinued in the US). If anyone sees some about and wouldn't mind to post internationally, pm me!

I'm familiar with them but I don't touch them! I know too much about them for someone who doesn't collect.  The pets are tempting me, though the price tag is a bit much.
Did she get the Big LOL that was released for the holidays? I'd love to hear how kids thought about it, especially since all the unboxing videos kind of revealed that it was the same dolls in each ball. I would be annoyed, but it's nice to hear how kids actually responded.

We got the pearl one! It comes in this huge bath fizz (which isn't bath safe I guess). It was kind of awesome. It did bubble too much and overflow the container a bit, but she was incredibly excited. She likes to complete the families (big sister / lil sister / pets). We have a lot of the wave 2 pets around here. I'm really good at flashlighting out the gold if you ever need some. We are trying to find som of the earlier series internationally b/c she started collecting in mid series 2/3.

There is way too much trash and they are hard to recycle. In the states right now we have wave 1 confetti / wave 2 pets / the small glitter. If you see either of the above let me know I'd be happy to pay for tracked shipping.

We don't use ours in water b/c I'm afraid of mold in the heads. If you guys find any of the above I'd love to buy some. How much are they up there?

It has one big sis one lil sis and extra outfits. There are two styles one is blue and one is purple. I think they are $30 USD here. I have a pic.

My store only has the pets, and they are about $11.00 each, we had the dolls but they were clearance priced  out two months ago.

I think they're cute, but they're definitely not for me. For one, I'm not allowed (self-imposed rule) to start collecting anything new, and for another I hate how wasteful their packaging is. Plastic is really harmful to the environment and those things come in soooo much plastic! So yeah, not really my cup of tea, but maybe if I saw the individual dolls at a thrift store I would buy them.

I agree I wish there was less trash even if it is recyclable. I heard they are going to move into some more blind bag style accessories so hopefully that will mean less waste.
