I was wondering how much German Swirly Whirly and the two Mexican Swirly Whirly variants generally cost?

Mexican regular colours $10-25 depending on condition
Mexican white with purple hair $40-50 depending on condition

Do you know how rare these ponies are? How often do they show up on Ebay?

They are not the most common of ponies, so it might take time for them to appear for sale.

Two of the German version have sold since the new year and one of the regular coloured Mexicans.

The white and purple Mexican version is much harder to find, it took me a few years to track mine down.

You just need to keep your eyes peeled here and on eBay.

I actually bought the most recent German sold on Ebay.  I didn't even know what she's worth when I bought her but she's in the price range you mentioned so I'm glad to know I didn't pay too much. Although quite frankly that wouldn't have mattered too much since I don't think I'll ever sell her.

German $30-50 depending on condition

Saw a good one going for 5€ on German ebay. Maybe I need a second one now to have a good trade item.

The German one can indeed be much less than $30 if purchased directly on Ebay.de. Just many sellers won't ship abroad, especially non pony folk, and their descriptions/pictures often are not the best.
