The Stompers will be having their 20th wedding anniversary this summer. Yeah, 20. *mind blown*  And to think that some of you reading this poll weren't even born yet. *mind blown some more* 

Anyway, I'm actually pleased that we're making it to twenty. Quite a strong commitment, and continuing to go on strong.

I'm American and he's Canadian. I was living in Arizona and he was living in the Yukon. After many years, I made a mate for Sunflower that kind of reflects that.

While she's represented by warmth and spring, he's represented with snow and stars. Mr. Stomper loves astronomy. Not so much cold and winter, but I wanted an opposite for Sunflower in some capacity.

My partner and I will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary next month. We're not married yet, or offically engaged, but we know it's a done deal. We've adopted three furbabies and may consider kids in the future, no rush - we plan to have bought our own home first. The time honestly flies. I'm so glad to have found him. Happy 20th anniversary! To think, twenty years ago I was in the third grade and love wasn't even on my mind. 

I don't have a significant other. I get lots and lots of crushes, but after experiencing a relationship with a former BFF (guess that kind of negates the "forever" part, but whatever, don't think too much!), I set my standards super high, and after many complicated years, I honestly don't even know how to date.

I have seriously fallen for someone else, but that isn't happening. Yet I probably won't be able to get over her until someone else who is amazing comes into my life... And with my standards that could take...forever.

I was hoping leaving my night job and returning to college would maybe get me back into the dating scene, but... Now I'm too old for the vast majority of college students. I'm stuck in a very odd place.
